  2. 2
Unfold the corner. Then fold the top right corner diagonally.

  3. 3
Unfold the corner. You should see that the creases form an X. Fold the right side of the bill backwards over the middle of the X.

  4. 4
Unfold it. Push the middle creases in and let the corners collapse down.

  5. 5
    Repeat with the left side.

  6. 6
Fold the whole bill in half. Then unfold.

  7. 7
Pinch the middle section along the crease you made in the previous step. Bring the edges of each triangle together. This will create a rectangular flap in the back. Flatten it to the right, as shown.

  8. 8
    Flip the bill over.

  9. 9
Fold the top flap down. Tuck the corners in.

    • Hint: at this point you should have a single pair of tabs, folded on the diagonal, pointing up. You should have three layers of folded tabs pointing down.
    • Still not sure? Start with a $1 bill and follow the markings on the bill to show you the correct orientation.
  10. 10
    Flip the bill over.

  11. 11
Fold the bottom right corner to the middle.

  12. 12
Unfold and flatten the corner down.

  13. 13
Fold the bottom corner towards the middle crease.

  14. 14
Unfold and flatten the corner down.

  15. 15
    Repeat with other corner.

  16. 16
Repeat with the other three points.

  17. 17
Fold the right and left corners back.

  18. 18
Insert a quarter or other coin in the middle if desired.

  19. 19
    Finished.

Valentine’s Heart Willow Wreath

again shamelessly i found this i used old cards and construction paper ..........Loved it!

www.thecardswedrew.com

Valentine’s Heart Willow Wreath tutorial on thecardswedrew.com

What You Need:
*Willow Wreath
*Scrapbook paper (be careful of the thickness you choose to avoid my issue)
*Punched hearts (you can buy scrap-booking heart punches or use a cutting machine like the Silhouette or Cricut
*Hot Glue
*Ribbon

I started by getting all of my hearts prepared on my Silhouette. If I hadn't already been to Joann's twice today, I would have gotten some other paper with different colors on it, but since I couldn't go back I went with mono-chromatic pink on the whole wreath.

when my hearts were ready, I simply glued them with hot glue all over my wreath. Then I used some pink ribbon I had on hand to tie it at the top with.

Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse:

This comes from the site Thecardswedrew.com  It Looked so good i had to pass it on!

Valentine’s Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

1 package of cream cheese (8 oz size)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 (8 oz) container of Cool Whip
1 package of strawberry jello mix
strawberry sundae topping (optional)

Directions

Start by mixing cream cheese in a bowl until it’s smooth. Add the powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla, and beat until creamy. Add Cool Whip to your mixture and beat until mixed together.
Divide the cheesecake mix into two bowls and set one aside. Add small amount of strawberry jello mix to one of the bowls and mix until a light pink color (add more jello powder to taste if needed).
Get a small bowl or cup and either pipe or spoon the mousse into the bowl. If you so choose, you can layer the vanilla and strawberry mousse with strawberry ice cream topping or you can leave it without
do chocolate hearts, added chocolate topping, or whatever your heart desires.
